Everything at All Things Quirky is handmade to order, one piece at a time, for you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number — it starts with ATQ- — and we’ll cancel it and refund what you paid.

Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

Returns and refunds

Because everything is handmade to order, we don’t usually offer returns or refunds. Apart from an order cancelled before it ships, a refund is only given with our approval.

If something arrives damaged

Message us on WhatsApp (a photo helps) and we’ll sort it out.

How a refund reaches you

A refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.

What is normal, not a fault

• Product photographs are digitally edited, so slight differences in colour and shine are normal.
• Sprayed book edges are painted by hand, so the designs and colours vary slightly from book to book.
• Charms are alloy — a mix of metals. High quality, but not anti-tarnish.
