These terms cover buying from All Things Quirky. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

All Things Quirky is a small handmade studio in India. You can reach us on WhatsApp, at allthingsquirky.in@gmail.com, or through our contact page.

Our products

• Everything is handmade to order, one piece at a time.
• A piece you build yourself is made the way you build it: the charms you choose, in the order you set, on the base and chain you pick.
• Initials and zodiac signs on a ready-made piece can be swapped at no extra cost — tell us in the box on the product.
• Charms are alloy — a mix of metals. High quality, but not anti-tarnish.
• Product photographs are digitally edited, so slight differences in colour, shine and finish from the piece you receive are normal. Hand-painted book edges vary a little by their nature.

Prices and tax

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Your invoice shows how much of the price is tax.

Offers

Offers apply as they are shown on the site at the time you place your order.

Payment

Orders are paid in full before dispatch, through Razorpay — UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Cash on delivery isn’t offered. Your card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay, not to us.

Looking after your piece

Treat it like jewellery and it stays like jewellery: no soap water, no perfume, and take it off before a shower or the pool.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
